- Device model, OS version, language, time zone, screen resolution, app version, network type/speed, IP address (may indicate country/region), crash logs, performance diagnostics, installer/source.
B. Advertising Identifiers
- Advertising ID (GAID on Android / IDFA on iOS) and similar identifiers for ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention.
C. Usage & Analytics Data
- Gameplay and in-app events (e.g., level progression), session start/end/length, ads viewed/clicked, country/region, install source and timestamp, and—if applicable—purchase metadata (SKU, price tier, transaction status). We do not receive full payment card data (payments are handled by Google Play / Apple).
D. Account/Support Data (if you contact us)
- If you create an account or contact support, we may process data you provide (e.g., username, email, message content).
4. Purposes & Legal Bases
- Provide and improve the Services (debugging, crash analytics, performance monitoring). Legal basis: legitimate interests and/or contract.
- Measure usage & gameplay to balance levels and plan content. Legal basis: legitimate interests / consent where required.
- Show ads, including personalized ads where legally permitted. Legal basis: consent in EEA/UK and as required by platform policies; legitimate interests or consent elsewhere.
- Prevent fraud/misuse, ensure security, and enforce terms. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
5. Third-Party SDKs & Partners
We integrate advertising and analytics SDKs that process certain data under their own privacy policies. We share the limited data necessary with these partners to deliver ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud.

For each partner above, we may share device/app information (e.g., device model/OS, ad identifier, coarse IP-based location such as country/region, usage and ads events, crash/performance data, and limited purchase metadata) strictly for ad delivery/measurement, app analytics, and fraud prevention.
7. Your Choices & Controls
- EEA/UK consent: We request consent for personalized ads/analytics where required. You can withdraw consent at any time via in-game privacy controls.
- iOS AppTrackingTransparency (ATT): Manage at Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Reset/limit ad tracking: Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Notifications (if used): Disable in device settings or in-app.
- In-app preferences: Manage analytics and ad personalization in the game’s Settings (vertical screen layout).
8. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, typically 24 months after your last activity, unless longer retention is required by law or for dispute resolution/enforcement. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained longer.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or a higher age if required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact lucaslucas.dao@gmail.com and we will delete it.
10. International Transfers
Your data may be processed and stored outside your country (e.g., US/EU/SG). Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and technical measures (e.g., pseudonymization).
Vietnam users: We follow Vietnam Decree 13/2023 on personal data protection. Upon request, we can provide information about transferred categories, purposes, recipients, storage locations, and safeguards.
